We do not have retail premises or a trade counter for callers, sorry. All orders are mailed, regardless of destination, and all enquiries are promptly and meaningfully responded to by email.
We do not have a telephone based customer service team, as we aim to deliver a prompt and efficient service to customers by email. We are aware that some customers do find this inconvenient but we have found over many years that we are able to give the best level of service to all of our customers in this way.
