We also stock a large range of bulk craft suppliescraft materials for adults and a bumper range of party supplies too. Our Christmas, Easter and Halloween ranges are second to none, as is our huge range of Easter egg hunt supplies.


If you are looking for a bespoke craft solution for a large activity, we can help you with this too.


You will find great bulk prices on many of our products but if you want to buy in larger quantities, where you think the discount may be increased, please do not hesitate to get in touch.


Completing an Order

You can complete an order in a number of different ways, we have summarised these below for you.


  1. Process an order online and make a payment during checkout in the normal way.  This will immediately reserve the stock for you and this will then be mailed in accordance with the postage option you have chosen.
  2. If you wish to "pay on account", you can complete the order online and choose the "pay on account" option.  You will then need to email us at, using an email address for the organisation concerned.  This must include our order number, the PO number (if applicable) and your authority for us to release this on account.    As soon as we have this confirmation we will allocate the stock to your order and pass this for despatch.  Goods will only be sent to a postal address that we can validate is connected to the organisation raising the order.
  3. If you wish to use a purchase order or "pay on account" but cannot complete an order online, you can email this to us at   We will then process this for you.  The email also needs to include your authority for us to release this on account and be sent using an email address for the organisation concerned.   If you are unable to attach your PO to an email, then you can mail this to "the littlecraftybugs company", 15 Fleets Lane Industrial Estate, Willis Way, Poole  BH15 3SU.   Goods will only be sent to a postal address that we can validate is connected to the organisation raising the order.  Please note that, when using this option, stock is not reserved until we have processed this for you.  Therefore, this process is best completed in a timely way.

All invoices, which have not been paid during checkout, must be paid within 30 days of the order being placed.  Payment can be by BACS or cheque. The details for BACS payments in these circumstances only are Santander Bank, 09-01-50 and 02940620.  Please make sure that we are notified when a payment has been made.


If you wish to pay on account and fall within the organisations that we can offer this for but do not use purchase orders, please follow the procedure above, just omitting the PO number - we will use your details as a reference.


Historically, we have applied a minimum order value to orders purchased in this way, in view of the administration involved in following these payments up.  This minimum value has been temporarily removed but we would be grateful for your assistance in ensuring that payments are made promptly.  We will make all contact directly with you for payment, we will not make contact with other parties within your organisation.
