Our Product Range

We stock a huge range of craft supplies suitable for groups of any size and includes, pom poms, pipecleaners, paper mache shapes & boxes, polystyrene shapes, card & paper, googly eyes and much more.  In addition, we have an extensive range of pre packed kids craft kits, many exclusive to us, which will take the hard work out of planning your event.

We also stock a massive range of craft kits and materials for adults and a bumper range of party supplies too. Our ChristmasEaster and Halloween ranges are second to none, as is our huge range of Easter egg hunt supplies.

You will already find great prices on our bulk products but if you want to buy in larger quantities, please contact us at with details of your requirements to see if further discounts could be offered.

Completing an Order

You can complete an order in a number of different ways, we have summarised these below for you.

Process an order online and make a payment during checkout in the normal way.  This will immediately reserve the stock for you and this will then be mailed in accordance with the postage option you have chosen.

  1. If you wish to "pay on account", you can complete the order online and choose the "pay on account" option.  Please note that there is a minimum order value of £75 for use of the "pay on account" option, this value is including VAT but not including postage charges. You will then need to email us at, using an email address for the organisation concerned.  This must include our order number, the PO number (if applicable) and your authority for us to release this on account.    As soon as we have this confirmation we will allocate the stock to your order and pass this for despatch.  Goods will only be sent to a postal address that we can validate is connected to the organisation raising the order.
  2. If you wish to use a purchase order or "pay on account" but cannot complete an order online, you can email this to us at andwe will then process this for you.  The email also needs to include your authority for us to release this on account and be sent using an email address for the organisation concerned.   If you are unable to attach your PO to an email, then you can mail this to "the littlecraftybugs company", 15 Fleets Lane Industrial Estate, Willis Way, Poole, BH15 3SU.   Goods will only be sent to a postal address that we can validate is connected to the organisation raising the order.  Please note that, when using this option, stock is not reserved until we have processed this for you.  Therefore, this process is best completed in a timely way.

All invoices, which have not been paid during checkout, MUST be paid within 30 days of the order being placed.  Payment can be by BACS only, cheques are no longer accepted. The details for BACS payments in these circumstances only are Santander Bank, 09-01-50 and 02940620.  Please make sure that we are notified when a payment has been made.

If you wish to pay on account and fall within the organisations that we can offer this for but do not use purchase orders, please follow the procedure above, just omitting the PO number - we will use your details as a reference.

Prompt payment of purchase orders is appreciated to avoid unnecessary administration costs and the imposition of minimum order values.  We will make all contact directly with you for payment, we will not make contact with other parties within your organisation.

I've heard you offer "bespoke" craft packages, can you help me?

We do have a growing reputation for offering bespoke and unusual craft packages for large and corporate events. Please contact us with details of your requirements and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Will you donate to my good cause/charity/school event?

Like many businesses, we receive dozens of requests every day for donations of craft supplies, party supplies, prizes and money for various fund raising events.  As a result, we are unable to respond to these individually.

As we are unable to support all requests, and rather than choose, Crafty Capers Ltd (t/a has made a business decision to support charities and causes close to our base in Dorset. This has included craft donations to "Diverse Abilities Plus", a Dorset based charity supporting children and adults with special requirements, local infant’s schools and residential care homes.

In addition, we make annual donations to a limited number of other charities suggested by our team members, which have included The Alzheimer’s Society, The RNLI and we also take part in charity Christmas Jumper days in aid of Save the Children.

Can you send me a catalogue?

We are often asked if we supply paper catalogues, however as we have a stock of over 10,000 different product lines that change and grow, it just isn’t a feasible or cost effective option. We pride ourselves on sourcing new and inspiring lines and these are always being added to our website to keep our stock fresh and interesting.
